The project is to develop some Duplex units in Raslouw, Pretoria. The development will take place within a security complex. Future projects are also planned.
Pretoria has recorded a record 18% growth per annum in its residential property market over the last 2 years. The area has become extremely popular as a residential location. Investment in the residential property market is safe and prosperous. The property development sector in Pretoria and the popularity of Property allows for huge expansion. A large number of vacant plots are available and the area is growing rapidly. Property development is hindered by the availability of capital and foreign investment is contributing to the expansion of the area. The housing needs cannot currently be met by existing developers.
Large numbers of South Africans are relocating to Pretoria areas due to its close proximity to larger urban areas and its safe environment. As vacant properties become more scares in other areas Pretoria provides a welcome alternative also being more cost effective.
